Job Title: Field Service Technician (Hardware & AV)

Location: Bangalore (Field-based)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Field Service Technician to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate repair of a wide range of products, including projectors, monitors, laptops, and interactive panels. You will travel daily to various customer locations to ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently and high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Repair & Maintenance: Diagnose and fix hardware issues for laptops, monitors, and projectors at customer premises.

Interactive Panel Support: Perform installation, calibration, and troubleshooting for interactive flat panels and smart boards.

Installation & Setup: Set up AV equipment and IT hardware, ensuring proper cabling and configuration.

Field Travel: Navigate across Bangalore to attend service calls within committed timelines.

Technical Proficiency:

Knowledge of AV connectivity (HDMI, VGA, Wireless Casting).

Ability to troubleshoot OS and software-related issues.

Communication: Fluent in Kannada and English (Hindi is an added advantage) to interact effectively with diverse clients.
