The Mobile Repairing Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining smartphones and related electronic devices. The technician should be able to identify hardware and software issues and provide efficient, high-quality repairs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Diagnose hardware and software problems in smartphones and tablets.
Repair or replace damaged components such as displays, batteries, charging ports, speakers, microphones, cameras, and buttons.
Perform motherboard-level troubleshooting and component replacement when required.
Handle soldering, desoldering, IC replacement, and other electronic repair procedures.
Install, update, reset, and troubleshoot mobile operating systems and software.
Conduct testing and quality checks after every repair.
Maintain proper records of devices received, repairs performed, and parts used.
Handle customer devices carefully and protect customer data and privacy.
Identify defective parts and coordinate replacement or procurement when necessary.
Maintain repair tools, equipment, and workstations in good condition.
Follow safety procedures while handling electronic components and equipment.
Provide customers with clear information about faults, repair requirements, and estimated completion times.
