ey Responsibilities

• Installation

  • Mounting CCTV cameras in optimal locations.

  • Connecting cameras to DVR/NVR recording devices.

  • Handle all types of camera like, IP,HD,PTZ,WIFI Etc.

  • Configuring system settings for remote access and recording schedules.

• Maintenance

  • Performing routine checks to ensure cameras and systems function properly.

  • Cleaning lenses and replacing worn-out components.

  • Updating software/firmware for DVR/NVR systems.

• Repair & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnosing faults in cameras, cabling, or power supplies.

  • Fixing hardware and software issues.

  • Restoring connectivity and video quality.

• Client Support

  • Training clients on system usage.

  • Providing technical guidance for system upgrades.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in electronics/security systems preferred.

• Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of CCTV components (cameras, DVRs/NVRs, cabling).

  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

  • Networking basics for IP cameras and remote access.

• Soft Skills:

  • Problem-solving and attention to detail.

  • Good communication for client interaction.

  • Customer service orientation.
