Designation: Repair Technician
Department: PCB Repair Lab
Responsibilities:
• Perform advanced hardware-level repairs, including diagnosing and fixing issues with ICs, microcontrollers, and other critical components.
• Responsible to Repair electronics devices like BMS, Clusters & Control PCBs properly and should complete work on time.
• Maintain detailed repair logs and reports, including fault descriptions, actions taken, and test results.
• Work in different areas of the production floor when production demand dictates.
• Maintain lab equipment calibration records (multimeter, clamp meter, etc.).

Strong knowledge of electronics fundamentals and PCB components Must Have
Hands-on experience with soldering iron, hot-air gun, rework stations, microscopes Must Have
Proficiency in SMD soldering/de-soldering and IC replacement (including fine-pitch) Must Have
Ability to read schematics, identify test points, and trace signals Must Have
Use of test instruments: digital multimeter, oscilloscope, regulated power supply Must Have
Good understanding of short/open detection, circuit continuity, and component testing Must Have
Basic computer skills for data entry Good to have
Willingness to learn new repair techniques, tools, and diagnostic method Must Have
Knowledge of ESD protection and lab safety practices Good to have
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle complex repair cases Added Advantage
Education Qualification:
• Diploma/B. Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in PCB repair (EV, consumer electronics, or automotive) preferred.
Salary: ₹20,000-22000 per month
