Property Manager – Job Description

Manage day-to-day operations of the property and ensure smooth functioning.

Supervise Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, Pantry and other support staff.

Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors and service providers.

Ensure proper maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire & safety and other building systems.

Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance issues.

Handle tenant/client complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor housekeeping standards, security arrangements and cleanliness.

Manage AMC contracts, vendor performance and service schedules.

Maintain operational records, reports, checklists and compliance documents.

Monitor property expenses, budgets and purchase requirements.

Ensure compliance with fire safety, health & safety and statutory requirements.
