Core Responsibilities
Operate Machinery: Set up, run, and monitor production line equipment.
Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and test finished goods for defects.
Troubleshooting: Identify and repair mechanical or system malfunctions to reduce downtime.
Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on tools and factory machinery.
Documentation: Record production logs, yields, and maintenance data accurately.

Key Requirements & Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose equipment issues.
