Production Operator

We are looking for a Production Operator Solar to join our team at . The role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment used in solar panel manufacturing, ensuring quality standards, and supporting efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor solar production machinery and equipment

• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot production issues

• Ensure adherence to quality standards during manufacturing

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment

• Assist in assembly, inspection, and packaging of solar products

• Coordinate with team members to meet production targets

• Maintain production records and reports

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in the solar industry

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic technical understanding of machinery

• Good communication skills to report issues clearly

• Knowledge of safety and quality standards

• Basic MS Office knowledge is a plus
