PCB Assembly technician

You will be responsible for the precise manual assembly, hand soldering, and rework of printed circuit boards (PCBs), ranging from simple layouts to complex multi-layer designs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Soldering: Perform high-quality hand soldering for both Through-Hole (THT) and Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) components.

• PCB Assembly: Manual assembly of various PCB types following technical drawings and schematics.

• Diagnosis & Repair: Identify defects, diagnose board-level problems, and perform necessary rework or repairs.

• Installation: Assist in the installation and integration of assembled PCBs into larger systems or housings.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict electronics manufacturing standards.

• Maintenance: Keep workstation tools (soldering irons, magnifying lamps, etc.) in good working condition.

• Safety: Strictly follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
