Key Responsibilities • Prepare the operation theatre before surgeries. • Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments and equipment. • Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures. • Ensure OT equipment such as monitors, suction, cautery, and lights are functioning properly. • Maintain OT inventory including surgical instruments and consumables. • Follow infection control and sterilization protocols. • Assist in patient preparation and positioning before surgery. • Ensure OT cleanliness and readiness for the next procedure. • Maintain surgical documentation and OT records when required.
