Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST) to join our team at Marche Retail Private Limited to repair and service different systems and equipment like Electrical Panel, Lights, Split AC, Cassette units, AHU and CSU, HVAC, & Kitchen equipments. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, vendor management etc. Experience in Retail sector will be preferred first.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹24000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace faulty equipment and assemble necessary components.

• Read repairing guides and coordinate with other experts.

• Write reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.

• Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.

• Stay updated on industry advancements and attend workshops.

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th and 3 - 5 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Must be immediate joiner.
