Key Responsibilities
General Maintenance: Fix basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) issues throughout guest rooms and public spaces.
Guest Satisfaction: Respond quickly to internal service requests or guest complaints regarding room fixtures, lighting, or appliances.
Preventive Checks: Inspect building components routinely and complete daily maintenance logs or checklists.
Cross-Department Support: Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to ensure rooms are fully operational.
