Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

Job Title: ENGINEERING- MST

Experience Required: 2-4 years (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of guest rooms, equipment, and hotel infrastructure.

• Attend to guest complaints and carry out minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, ACs, and furniture.

• Operate and maintain basic systems like water pumps, panels, geysers, and exhausts.

• Inspect and repair lighting, switches, wiring, and sockets as needed.

• Assist AMC vendors during equipment servicing and maintenance visits.

• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in proper working conditions.

• Follow safety standards, update maintenance records, and report major issues to the supervisor.

Key Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant trade (certified)

• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, plumbing systems, AC units, and civil repairs

• Ability to use power tools and maintenance equipment safely

• Problem-solving mindset with urgency in attending guest complaints

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Good physical fitness and grooming; team player attitude

• Basic communication skills in English or the local language
