Job Role & Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site construction work
Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, workers, and architects
Maintain site quality, safety, and discipline
Monitor material usage and site progress
Prepare daily/weekly work reports
Solve on-site technical issues quickly
Ensure project completion within timeline

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
Good knowledge of construction work and site handling
Ability to read drawings and plan execution
Strong communication and leadership skills
