Maintenance Technician

🔹 Mechanical Maintenance

• Perform maintenance of extruders, reactors, pelletizers, dryers, compressors, and pumps

• Maintain gearboxes, bearings, valves, pipelines, and conveyors

• Handle alignment, lubrication, and replacement of worn parts

🔹 Electrical & Instrumentation (basic support)

• Assist in troubleshooting motors, sensors, PLC systems, and control panels

• Check and maintain temperature, pressure, and flow instruments

🔹 Preventive Maintenance

• Follow scheduled PM plans for all equipment

• Maintain checklists and maintenance logs

• Reduce downtime through proactive inspection

🔹 Breakdown Maintenance

• Quickly diagnose and repair faults in PP & PET processing equipment

• Minimize production loss and restore operations efficiently

🔹 Utilities Maintenance

• Maintain chillers, boilers, air compressors, cooling towers

• Monitor utility performance and efficiency

🔹 Safety & Compliance

• Follow plant safety rules, PPE usage, and permit systems

• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards

⚙️ Equipment Knowledge (Preferred):

• Extrusion systems (single/twin screw)

• Polymer handling systems

• Vacuum systems and dryers

• Hydraulic & pneumatic systems

🧠 Skills Required:

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of mechanical systems & basic electricals

• Ability to read drawings and manuals

• Teamwork and communication
