Maintenance Technician

Equipment Maintenance

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and facility systems.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues and implement corrective actions.

• Carry out preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize operational downtime
  .

Facility Maintenance

• Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and utility systems.

• Ensure proper functioning of lighting, generators, pumps, compressors, and other facility equipment.

• Monitor and maintain building infrastructure and workplace safety standards.
  

Troubleshooting & Repairs

• Identify faults in equipment and machinery through systematic troubleshooting.

• Repair or replace defective components, parts, and systems.

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
  

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety regulations, SOPs, and company policies during maintenance activities.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Report unsafe conditions and recommend corrective measures.
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.

• Update maintenance logs, checklists, and service reports.

• Monitor spare parts inventory and raise requisitions when required.
