Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

• Maintain utilities and manufacturing equipment.

• Inspect machines and identify potential issues before failures occur.

• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.

• Follow GMP, safety, and SOP requirements.

• Coordinate with production to minimize machine downtime.

• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification activities.

• Maintain the log Book / Complaints

• Mechanical maintenance

• PLC basics (preferred)

• Pneumatics and hydraulics

• Preventive and predictive maintenance

• Breakdown analysis

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

• Reading electrical and mechanical drawings

• Documentation and reporting

• MS Office (basic)

• Tablet compression machines

• Capsule filling machines

• Blister packing machines

• Bottle filling and labelling machines

• HVAC systems

• Air compressors

• Chillers, Boilers

• Water treatment systems (PW/RO)

• AHU maintenance

• ALU ALU Machine

• Auto Coating Machine

• Pouch Filling Machine

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company (preferred).

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and EHS practices.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in shifts.
