Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician – HVAC to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience and a valid PWD license to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, chillers, split/VRF units)

• Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning and ventilation systems

• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functioning

• Handle breakdown maintenance and emergency repairs

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and PWD regulations

• Maintain records of maintenance activities and service reports

• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and spare parts when required

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Basic understanding of electrical systems related to HVAC

• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HVAC maintenance experience

• Valid PWD License (compulsory)

• Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
