We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join Keys On Rent. The role involves carrying out maintenance and repair work across our managed properties, ensuring that all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000, along with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and resolve maintenance requests related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other civil work.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and rectify maintenance issues.

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of property facilities.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers whenever required.

• Maintain records of maintenance work and materials used.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• 0–2 years of experience in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, civil work, or a similar role.

• Basic troubleshooting and repair skills.

• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to maintenance requests.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
