Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Admin to manage day-to-day maintenance activities, coordinate with technicians and vendors, maintain records, and ensure that facilities and equipment are properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities.

• Receive and track maintenance requests and complaints.

• Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, AC technicians, and other service providers.

• Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, AMC, and service schedules.

• Follow up with vendors and technicians for timely completion of work.

• Maintain inventory of maintenance materials, tools, and spare parts.

• Prepare work orders, purchase requests, quotations, and basic reports.

• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules.

• Maintain bills, invoices, and maintenance-related documentation.

• Conduct regular checks of facilities and report issues to the concerned manager.

• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures.

• Perform other administrative duties related to facility maintenance.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance.

• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

• Vendor management and follow-up skills.

• Problem-solving and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple maintenance requests.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field. Technical or facility-management knowledge will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in maintenance administration, facility management, hotel, hostel, school, hospital, office, or similar environment.
