TECHNICIAN – JOB OPENING

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance and technical issues across our properties and ensuring that all complaints are resolved efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance work.

• Attend and resolve technical complaints reported by tenants.

• Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of property facilities.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.

• Coordinate with vendors or external technicians whenever required.

• Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair activities.

• Handle urgent/emergency maintenance issues whenever required.

• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and professionally.

Requirements :

• 1–2 years of experience in a Technician/Maintenance role.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Should be punctual, responsible, and proactive.

• Willingness to travel between properties/locations as required.

Salary & Benefits:
