We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Entreat Technologies to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹11000 - ₹12000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation & Monitoring

  • Operate and monitor RO water treatment systems, softeners, filters, pumps, and dosing systems.

  • Check system parameters (pressure, flow rate, conductivity, pH, etc.) and adjust as needed.

  • Maintain optimal plant performance to meet water quality specifications.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Perform preventive maintenance of RO membranes, pumps, valves, motors, sensors, and pipelines.

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation faults.

  • Replace membranes, filter cartridges, and chemical dosing components as required.

  • Ensure calibration of instruments and sensors related to RO operations.

• Documentation & Reporting

  • Record daily readings and maintenance activities in logbooks or maintenance software.

  • Report breakdowns, spare parts requirements, and service needs to the supervisor.

  • Maintain documentation for maintenance history and equipment performance.

• Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE during maintenance tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

  • Handle chemicals (antiscalants, cleaning agents, etc.) safely and according to MSDS guidelines.

• Continuous Improvement

  • Assist in system upgrades, efficiency improvements, and energy-saving initiatives.

  • Participate in technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
