·       Make recommendations to replace equipment, if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost.

·       Perform regular cleaning of all air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, inclusive of vents.

·       Manage the safety of the air conditioning outlet rooms and associated areas

·       Responsible for the verification of refrigeration and air conditioning spares purchased/supplied and ensure that they are securely stored on the company’s premises.

·       Requisition for materials required for the smooth operation of the refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and ensure adequate materials are order avoiding excessive wastage.

·       Create and maintain an ongoing inventory showing the number of air conditioning units, ice machines and other refrigeration equipment and their location.

·       Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management
