Job Summary

Burger Farm India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Executive to ensure the smooth functioning of restaurant equipment, electrical systems, and store facilities across Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with vendors, and minimizing equipment downtime to support uninterrupted store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of restaurant equipment and utilities.

• Inspect and maintain electrical systems, kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, air conditioners, exhaust systems, plumbing, and other store assets.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in a timely manner.

• Attend maintenance complaints from stores and ensure prompt resolution.

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs, servicing, and AMC activities.

• Ensure proper functioning of equipment such as fryers, ovens, grills, refrigerators, freezers, and electrical panels.

• Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment history records.

• Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability of required materials.

• Support new store openings, renovations, and maintenance activities.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, electrical safety standards, and statutory requirements.

• Verify vendor work quality and process maintenance-related documentation.

• Minimize equipment downtime and ensure uninterrupted store operations.

• Travel across Gujarat to provide maintenance support to all assigned stores.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Basic knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.

• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults.

• Good communication and vendor coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification

• ITI in Electrician Trade (Mandatory).

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.

• Valid electrical work experience in commercial establishments, restaurants, or retail outlets is preferred.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, facility maintenance, or equipment maintenance.

• Experience in the QSR, Food & Beverage, Retail, Hospitality, or FMCG industry will be preferred.
