Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Identify recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain maintenance schedules for electrical, mechanical, and utility equipment.
Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, contractors, and vendors for repair activities.
Ensure availability of tools, equipment, manpower, and spare parts required for maintenance.
Monitor equipment condition and identify potential failures before breakdown.
Ensure proper testing and commissioning after repair work.
Maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, pumps, fire-fighting systems, water supply, drainage, elevators, lighting, and other building utilities, where applicable.
Monitor facility equipment performance and maintenance schedules.
Ensure maintenance activities are completed within defined timelines.
Maintain equipment history and maintenance records.
Analyze breakdown trends and equipment performance.
Recommend replacement or refurbishment of obsolete or frequently failing equipment.
Coordinate with the Purchase/Stores department for timely availability of materials.
Verify technical specifications and quantities of maintenance materials received.
Maintain equipment maintenance history and breakdown records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
Maintain preventive maintenance checklists and work orders.
Maintain records of AMC, inspection, testing, and calibration activities.
