Job Summary
We are looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians with experience in industrial machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CNC machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, and industrial utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Maintenance: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of VMC, HMC, SPM, hobbing, and grinding machines.
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Utility Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot panel ACs, air dryers, and water chillers.
- Plastic Injection Moulds: Handle maintenance, repair, and manufacturing-related activities for plastic injection moulds.
- Material Handling Equipment: Maintain and troubleshoot forklifts, tow trucks, stackers, and BOPTs (Battery-Operated Pallet Trucks).
- Sheet Metal Dies: Maintain and repair sheet metal dies and draw dies.
- Technical Drawing: Read and interpret engineering drawings and follow technical specifications.
- Workshop Operations: Perform drilling, punching, tapping, and other basic machining operations.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections to minimize machine downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
- Safety Compliance: Follow industrial safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of VMC, HMC, SPM, hobbing, and grinding machines.
- Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of industrial utilities such as panel ACs, air dryers, and water chillers.
- Experience with injection moulds and sheet metal dies.
- Knowledge of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of drilling, punching, and tapping operations.
Educational Qualification
12th or Equivalent ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or any.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with hands-on maintenance experience in the automobile, automotive components, or industrial manufacturing sector will be preferred.
