We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team at Spice Manufacturing to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation:

• Operate FFS, Collar Type & Multihead Weigher machines

• Set parameters (temperature, sealing, speed, weight accuracy)

• Load film rolls & ensure proper feeding

• Monitor machine efficiency and output

Quality Monitoring:

• Check pouch weight, sealing quality & pack appearance

• Verify batch coding & packaging standards

• Maintain hygiene & product compliance

• Report quality deviations immediately

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Adjust sealing jaws, alignment, sensors & Multihead calibration

• Handle minor breakdowns and troubleshoot machine errors

• Assist maintenance team during major repairs

Safety & Housekeeping:

• Follow GMP, safety & hygiene practices

• Maintain machine cleanliness

• Ensure safe tool and equipment handling

Changeover & Documentation:

• Perform film, product & Multihead program changeover

• Maintain logs: output, wastage, downtime

• Coordinate with QA, Store & Production teams

3. Skills & Competencies

• Operation of FFS, Collar Type & Multihead Weigher Machines

• Understanding packaging films & sealing parameters

• Basic pneumatic & sensor understanding

• Multihead calibration & accuracy adjustment

• Troubleshooting skills & teamwork

4. Qualification & Experience

Qualification ITI / Diploma / 12th (Technical

background preferred)

Experience 1–5 years experience in FFS, Collar Type &

Multihead Machine operation
