Job Description – Lift / Elevator Technician | লিফট / এলিভেটর টেকনিশিয়ান

We are hiring an experienced Lift / Elevator Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience in elevator installation, erection, adjustment, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

আমরা ৫+ বছরের বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন দক্ষ লিফট / এলিভেটর টেকনিশিয়ান নিয়োগ করছি। লিফট ইনস্টলেশন, ইরেকশন, অ্যাডজাস্টমেন্ট, টেস্টিং, কমিশনিং, মেইনটেন্যান্স এবং ট্রাবলশুটিং-এর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকা আবশ্যক।

Key Responsibilities | প্রধান দায়িত্ব

• Complete installation and erection of lifts/elevators at project sites.
  প্রজেক্ট সাইটে লিফট / এলিভেটরের সম্পূর্ণ ইনস্টলেশন ও ইরেকশনের কাজ করা।

• Install and align guide rails, brackets, machines, motors, ropes, counterweights, cabins, landing doors, and other lift components.
  গাইড রেল, ব্র্যাকেট, মেশিন, মোটর, রোপ, কাউন্টারওয়েট, কেবিন, ল্যান্ডিং ডোর এবং অন্যান্য যন্ত্রাংশ ইনস্টল ও অ্যালাইন করা।

• Perform mechanical and electrical installation and wiring.
  মেকানিক্যাল ও ইলেকট্রিক্যাল ইনস্টলেশন এবং ওয়্যারিং-এর কাজ করা।

• Carry out guide rail alignment, leveling, plumb, clearances, and other adjustments.
  গাইড রেল অ্যালাইনমেন্ট, লেভেলিং, প্লাম্ব, ক্লিয়ারেন্স এবং অন্যান্য অ্যাডজাস্টমেন্ট করা।

• Adjust landing doors, car doors, door operators, locks, brakes, limit switches, and sensors.
  ল্যান্ডিং ডোর, কেবিন ডোর, ডোর অপারেটর, লক, ব্রেক, লিমিট সুইচ ও সেন্সর অ্যাডজাস্ট করা।

• Perform rope installation, tensioning, sheave alignment, and brake adjustments.
  রোপ ইনস্টলেশন, টেনশনিং, শিভ অ্যালাইনমেন্ট এবং ব্রেক অ্যাডজাস্টমেন্ট করা।

• Carry out floor leveling and stopping accuracy adjustments.
  প্রতিটি ফ্লোরে সঠিক লেভেলিং ও স্টপিং অ্যাকিউরেসি নিশ্চিত করা।

• Test lift controls, electrical circuits, safety systems, doors, and emergency systems.
  লিফট কন্ট্রোল, ইলেকট্রিক্যাল সার্কিট, সেফটি সিস্টেম, ডোর ও ইমার্জেন্সি সিস্টেম পরীক্ষা করা।

• Perform testing and commissioning of newly installed elevators.
  নতুন ইনস্টল করা লিফটের টেস্টিং ও কমিশনিং করা।

• Identify and rectify installation defects, faults, and commissioning issues.
  ইনস্টলেশন ও কমিশনিং-এর ত্রুটি এবং টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যা শনাক্ত করে সমাধান করা।

• Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and troubleshooting.
  প্রিভেন্টিভ মেইনটেন্যান্স, ব্রেকডাউন রিপেয়ার এবং ট্রাবলশুটিং করা।

• Inspect motors, brakes, ropes, guide rails, doors, sensors, switches, and safety devices.
  মোটর, ব্রেক, রোপ, গাইড রেল, ডোর, সেন্সর, সুইচ ও সেফটি ডিভাইস পরীক্ষা করা।

• Replace defective or worn-out components when required.
  প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী নষ্ট বা ক্ষয়প্রাপ্ত যন্ত্রাংশ পরিবর্তন করা।

• Read and follow installation drawings, wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical instructions.
  ইনস্টলেশন ড্রয়িং, ওয়্যারিং ডায়াগ্রাম, ম্যানুয়াল ও টেকনিক্যাল নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী কাজ করা।

• Carry out snagging, rectification, final adjustment, and preparation for project handover.
  স্ন্যাগিং, ত্রুটি সংশোধন, ফাইনাল অ্যাডজাস্টমেন্ট এবং প্রজেক্ট হ্যান্ডওভারের কাজ করা।

• Maintain daily installation, service, and maintenance records.
  দৈনিক ইনস্টলেশন, সার্ভিস ও মেইনটেন্যান্সের রেকর্ড রাখা।

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other technicians.
  সাইট ইঞ্জিনিয়ার, সুপারভাইজার, কন্ট্রাক্টর ও অন্যান্য টেকনিশিয়ানের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা।

• Follow all site safety procedures and use required PPE.
  সমস্ত সাইট সেফটি নিয়ম মেনে চলা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় PPE ব্যবহার করা।

Project Deployment | প্রজেক্ট ডেপ্লয়মেন্ট

This is a site/project-based job. The technician may be temporarily deployed to different project locations according to project requirements. This is not permanent relocation/reallocation. The technician will generally remain at the assigned location until the respective project is completed.

এটি একটি সাইট / প্রজেক্ট-ভিত্তিক কাজ। প্রজেক্টের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী টেকনিশিয়ানকে বিভিন্ন প্রজেক্ট লোকেশনে অস্থায়ীভাবে ডেপ্লয় করা হতে পারে। এটি স্থায়ী রিলোকেশন / রিঅ্যালোকেশন নয়। সাধারণত নির্দিষ্ট প্রজেক্ট শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত সংশ্লিষ্ট সাইটে থাকতে হবে।

Candidates must be willing to travel and stay at different project locations as required.

প্রয়োজনে বিভিন্ন প্রজেক্ট সাইটে ভ্রমণ ও থাকার জন্য প্রার্থীকে প্রস্তুত থাকতে হবে।

Salary | বেতন

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month | প্রতি মাসে ₹২৫,০০০ – ₹৪৫,০০০

Salary will depend on experience, technical skills, and elevator installation/commissioning expertise.

বেতন অভিজ্ঞতা, টেকনিক্যাল দক্ষতা এবং লিফট ইনস্টলেশন / কমিশনিং-এর অভিজ্ঞতার উপর নির্ভর করবে।
