Service Engineer (Customer Enginner/ Sr. Customer Engineer/ and Maintenance)
Your main responsibilities
- Execute call-backs on existing elevator installations, promptly addressing customer concerns to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct periodic safety inspections on elevators to ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Perform intricate repair tasks on elevator systems, including troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control systems issues with high technical precision and adherence to industry standards.
- Interact with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions, maintaining a professional demeanor and fostering a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and engineers to share insights and coordinate efforts on more complex repair and service tasks, ensuring efficient resolution and continuous improvement.
What you bring
Qualification: Degree / Diploma Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronics) or ITI
Professional Experience :
1 TO 5 years in the Elevator or manufacturing industry in Service/ Maintenance Department
