Insignia Elevator is looking for a skilled and dedicated Lift Technician to join our growing team in Patna, Bihar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, replacement, servicing, and maintenance of elevators and related mechanical and electrical systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality service.The position offers a competitive in-hand salary with excellent growth opportunities for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, service, maintain, and repair elevators and lift systems.Diagnose technical issues in lift machinery, control panels, motors, wiring, and safety systems.Repair or replace faulty mechanical and electrical components to ensure smooth and safe operation.Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing as per company standards.Read and follow technical manuals, repair guides, and safety instructions.Coordinate with senior technicians, engineers, and team members to resolve complex issues.Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and follow safety regulations on-site.Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards.Source required spare parts, coordinate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates when needed.Stay updated with new elevator technologies and industry advancements through training and workshops.Communicate clearly with clients regarding technical issues and service updates.Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Engineering Graduate with Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred). Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant lift/elevator maintenance experience can apply (experience range as per requirement). Strong understanding of elevator systems, electrical wiring, and mechanical components.Ability to multitask and handle on-site troubleshooting efficiently.Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical problems in a simple manner.Willingness to work at heights and different job locations as required.Knowledge of health and safety regulations is mandatory.Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
