We are looking for a Junior Maintenance Supervisor to handle and supervise day-to-day maintenance activities at our construction sites and other company properties. The role includes basic electrical, plumbing, repair, equipment maintenance, and coordination with technicians and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily maintenance and repair work.
Identify and troubleshoot basic maintenance issues.
Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor tools, equipment, and maintenance materials.
Ensure timely completion and quality of maintenance work.
Follow safety standards and report major issues to management.
Job Requirements
Qualification: Diploma / ITI preferred
Experience: 2–6 years in maintenance or related work
Skills: Basic technical knowledge, coordination, problem-solving, and MS Office skills.
