ITI Technician – Job Roles & Responsibilities

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical / mechanical / plumbing systems

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns

• Attend and resolve breakdown complaints within the defined TAT

• Maintain DG sets, HVAC, chillers, lifts, kitchen equipment, etc. (as applicable)

• Ensure proper functioning of lighting, power supply, panels, and wiring

• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities

• Maintain log books, checklists, and maintenance records

• Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and AMC works

• Follow safety procedures and statutory compliance norms

• Support energy-saving initiatives and cost control

• Assist during audits and inspections

• Work closely with operations teams to ensure uninterrupted services

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• ITI (Electrical / Mechanical / Fitter / HVAC / Plumbing)

• 5–8 years of experience (for senior technician roles)

• Hospitality / hotel / facility management experience preferred
