Job Summary:

The ITI Technician will be responsible for performing honing, reaming, and precision machining operations on Stainless Steel/Zirconium tubes, ensuring accurate Inner Diameter (ID) and Outer Diameter (OD) finishing as per customer specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform honing and reaming operations on Stainless Steel/Zirconium tubes

• Carry out Inner Diameter (ID) and Outer Diameter (OD) machining

• Read and interpret basic engineering drawings

• Set up and operate relevant machines and tools

• Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.)

• Maintain production targets and quality standards

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping

Required Qualifications:

• ITI Certification (Fitter / Turner / Machinist / Mechanical preferred)

• 3–5 years of experience in machining or tube finishing preferred

• Freshers with relevant ITI training may apply

• Basic understanding of machining processes

• Ability to speak Telugu, Hindi, and English

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of honing and reaming processes

• Understanding of ID & OD machining

• Experience working with stainless steel materials

• Familiarity with precision measuring tools

• Attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.

• Ability to work in a production environment

Tools & Equipment:

• Honing Machines

• Reaming Tools

• ID & OD Grinding / Machining Machines

• Lathe Machine

• Bore Gauge

• Vernier Caliper

• Micrometer (Inside & Outside)

• Dial Indicator

• Surface Plate & Height Gauge

Software:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Word for production reporting

• Understanding of basic CNC control panel (if applicable)

• Familiarity with production documentation formats
