We are looking for a motivated and disciplined ITI Fresher (Female) to join our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in production operations, machine handling, basic quality checks, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards while learning shop-floor processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day production activities as per shift plan.

• Operate machines/tools under supervision after training.

• Support assembly, fabrication, packing, or inspection work as per department requirement.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

• Perform basic quality checks and report defects or abnormalities.

• Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards on the shop floor.

• Record production data and assist in documentation where required.

• Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth operations.

• Learn and upgrade technical skills as per training plan.

Eligibility Criteria

• ITI pass (any trade such as Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Machinist, Wireman, Electronics, etc.)

• Fresher candidates preferred.

• Female candidates encouraged to apply.

• Basic understanding of tools, machines, and shop-floor discipline.

• Willingness to work in shifts.

• It is a Full Time సాంకేతిక నిపుణుడు job for candidates with Freshers.
