KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 The primary responsibility of this role is handling the day-to-day production and

assembly activities in the assembly line and manufacturing of products / sub-

assemblies as per drawing, SOP, Work Instructions and Control Plan.

Note: Must be able to read, understand the SOP and Work Instruction and follow the

instructions given by the production head/line in charge.

 Following instructions and procedures for use of fixtures & machines & assembly

equipment.

 Ensuring requirements given in the drawing and quality plan are fulfilled.

 Reporting of Nonconformity parts to production head/line in charge.

 Identifying and segregating OK and NOT OK/Rejected component.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

 Good clear communication skills in Tamil/English.

 Ability to speak, read in Tamil is mandatory.

 Ability to read & write in English is preferred.

 Ability to act and work/operate independently as well as a team with minimal daily

directions from Supervisor to accomplish the daily tasks.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

 Educational Qualification: 10 th Pass/12 th Pass/ITI (Any trade)/ B.A. (any

specialization)/B.Sc. (any specialization)/Any Diploma in Engineering/ B.E. / B. Tech

(any specialization)

 Work Experience: Freshers (or) Young & Dynamic candidates with even 1+ years of

experience is preferred.

 Able to read & understand Drawing / SOP / Work Instruction / Control Plan

 Knowledge and experience in handling machines, assembly equipment/tools,

general equipment and basic measuring instruments. This is preferred not

mandatory.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Basic Skills:

 MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Preferred not mandatory.

 Attention to detail and accuracy

 Ability to read, write and speak clearly.

Technical Skills:

 Supply chain basics – Preferred not mandatory

 General production or assembly process – Basic knowledge preferred not mandatory
