Solar Technician – EPC & Installation
A skilled Solar Technician responsible for executing end-to-end solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. Experienced in site survey, system design support, material handling, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plants.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys and assess installation requirements.
Install solar PV panels, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cabling, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, and system connections as per safety standards.
Carry out testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar power systems.
Ensure compliance with EPC project specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with project engineers, vendors, and clients during project execution.
Monitor system performance and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Maintain project documentation, installation reports, and service records.
Follow all electrical and workplace safety regulations.
Skills:
Solar PV installation and commissioning.
Electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
Inverter configuration and monitoring.
Reading electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
Knowledge of net metering and solar subsidy processes.

Experience:
