Job Description – Field Technician

Company: Café Coffee Day
Position: Field Technician
Location: Gurugram – DLF
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Employment Type: Full Time

Eligibility

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Technician-related trade.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment and troubleshooting.

• Bike is mandatory.

• Valid driving licence preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of Café Coffee Day machines.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical faults at customer locations.

• Replace defective parts and ensure proper machine functioning.

• Conduct regular maintenance and servicing.

• Maintain service reports and update work status.

• Travel to different customer/outlet locations as required.

• Follow company safety and service standards.

Skills Required

• Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge.

• Good communication skills.

• Willingness to travel within Gurugram and nearby areas.

• Responsible and customer-service oriented.

Candidate Requirement

ITI / Diploma candidates with Electrical or Technician-related qualifications are preferred.
Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory for field work.
