IT Technician/Network Technician

We are looking for a IT Technician/Network Technician to join our team at Pragyavani Solutions Llp to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹5,000 - ₹8,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks

• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability

• Troubleshoot network issues related to switches, routers, and firewalls

• Manage IP addressing, VLANs, and routing protocols

• Implement network security measures (firewalls, VPNs, ACLs)

• Perform regular network monitoring, upgrades, and backups

• Coordinate with IT teams for smooth network operations

• Maintain network documentation and reports

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and candidate must be a fresher. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
