Job Title: CCTV & Fire Alarm Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV & Fire Alarm Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems and fire alarm systems at client sites. The candidate should have hands-on experience in cabling, device installation, testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of security and fire safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV cameras, NVRs/DVRs, video management systems, and related equipment.

• Install, program, test, and maintain conventional and addressable fire alarm systems.

• Perform cable laying, termination, labeling, and testing for CCTV and fire alarm systems.

• Troubleshoot and rectify faults in CCTV, fire alarm panels, detectors, modules, and field devices.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of security and fire safety systems.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.

• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and installation documentation.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients during installation and maintenance activities.

• Attend emergency breakdown calls and provide timely resolution.

• Support system upgrades, expansions, and commissioning activities
