Fire Alarm Technician

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and service installed systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Diagnose technical issues and carry out effective troubleshooting of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems at site.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Identify system faults and implement timely resolutions.

• Generate service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with clients at site, address their concerns, and provide technical support.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service activities.

• Support project teams during system commissioning, testing, and handover activities when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in servicing and troubleshooting ELV systems.

• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, BMS, Networking, and other ELV systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage client interactions professionally.
