We are seeking a skilled and reliable Aquaguard Service Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of Aquaguard water purifiers, ensuring customer satisfication.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Installation Services: Install Aquaguard water purifiers at customer premises, ensuring proper setup and demonstration.
- Maintenance & Servicing: Conduct routine maintenance, filter changes, and performance checks.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to RO, UV, UF, and TA systems.
- Customer Support: Provide clear guidance to customers on product usage, care, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) options.
- Documentation: Maintain service records, warranty updates, and parts replacement logs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and genuine spare part usage.
