Job Description

Job Title: Field Support Engineer

Department: Technical Service
Location: Najafgarh
Salary: Up to ₹18000
Other Benefits: Fuel expenses covered separately

Requirements:

Only male candidates
Bike and valid Driving License are mandatory
Qualification: Undergraduate and above

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide software support for LED TVs and digital screens
Handle and resolve customer escalations effectively
Visit designated areas for on-site support and configuration
Perform TV configuration, software updates, and general troubleshooting
