Responsibilities

Install CCTV systems /Alarm system at client sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.

Perform maintenance checks and repairs on CCTV/alarm system  equipment to ensure maximum functionality.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems & alarm system.

Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of CCTV /alarm system equipment.

Keep detailed logs of service calls, maintenance tasks, and repairs.

Work closely with the sales and technical teams to identify and resolve any issues.

Solve any complain of cctv & alarm system

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.

Proven experience as a CCTV Service Engineer or similar role.

Strong understanding of CCTV system components and functionality.

Familiarity with network protocols and IP camera systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
