Field Supervisor Engineer

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Telecom Site Supervisor to manage and supervise telecom installation, maintenance, and site-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with technicians, contractors, and project teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily telecom site activities and field teams.

• Monitor installation, maintenance, cabling, tower and equipment-related work.

• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors.

• Ensure work is completed according to company and safety standards.

• Check site materials, tools, and equipment requirements.

• Prepare daily work progress reports and update management.

• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.

• Maintain proper documentation, photographs, and site records.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures at the work location.

Requirements:

• Experience in telecom/site supervision preferred.

• Good communication and team-management skills.

• Willingness to travel to different project sites.

• Basic knowledge of telecom equipment and site work.

• ITI/Diploma/Graduation preferred.
