Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Epoxy Flooring Applicator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying epoxy flooring and protective coatings at different project sites. The ideal candidate should have experience in epoxy application, flooring, painting, or industrial coating work and should be willing to travel or relocate as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply epoxy flooring and protective coatings as per project requirements.

• Prepare surfaces by grinding, cleaning, leveling, and removing dust, dirt, or existing coatings.

• Mix epoxy materials and hardeners in the correct ratio as per specifications.

• Use appropriate tools and equipment for epoxy application.

• Ensure proper thickness, finishing, and quality of the epoxy coating.

• Follow project instructions, safety procedures, and workplace standards.

• Maintain and safely handle tools, equipment, and materials.

• Identify surface or application issues and report them to the supervisor.

• Work at different project locations as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site.

Requirements

• Experience in epoxy flooring/application is preferred.

• Candidates with experience in painting, flooring, industrial coating, or construction finishing can also apply.

• Basic knowledge of epoxy materials, mixing, and application methods.

• Ability to use basic application tools and equipment.

• Physically fit and comfortable working at project sites.

• Willingness to travel or relocate to different locations.

• Freshers may be considered if they have relevant flooring or painting skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
