Job purpose

Preventive Maintenance , Predictive maintenance and Breakdown maintenance of Critical Production and Utility Equipment's.

Main Accountabilities

Areas of Expertise

·         Operation and maintenance of Utilities like DG sets, DG Synchronizing panel, HT / LT transformer, HVAC compressors, Chillers, Air handling Units ( AHUs), Air compressors, UPS System  independently

·         Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of Critical Production Equipements.

·         Knowledge of MTTR and MTBF is an added advantage.

·         Troubleshoot all type of single phase, 3 phase, LT side and  HT side electrical breakdowns.

·         Inspect the circuit , trouble shoot and Carry out maintenance of  Air circuit Breakers and Vacuum circuit breakers.

·         Read & Trouble shoot Star Delta starter single line wiring diagram, lighting circuit , Online and Off line UPS system, Maintenance of Batteries etc

·         Maintaining repository of all software’s with licenses, troubleshooting PLC, check  ladder diagram,  Schematics, Process flow diagrams, Electrical & Pneumatic circuit diagrams etc.

·         Taking care of Effluent and Water treatment plant  operation & Maintenance

·         Coordinate with AMC Contractors, and other contractors, issuing various work permits and taking care of their safety during their work at site ( INMA).

·         Trouble shoot  Fire detection system, Fire hydrant system ( Fire pumps) and Public address system.

·         Maintaining the history records, PM check lists etc.

·         Collaborate with other team members to complete day to day  task allotted to them on time .

Job Specifications

• Education

-          Diploma Electricals

• Experience

-          5 to 6  years of hands on experience in  Operation and  Maintenance , Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown maintenance of major equipment's in the Maintenance department in a production Industry.

• It is a Full Time సాంకేతిక నిపుణుడు job for candidates with 5 - 6 years of experience.
