We are looking for ITI / Diploma Electronics candidates to join our in-house electronics repair and testing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2–3 years of experience who want hands-on exposure to electronic components, PCB testing, and repair activities in a controlled lab environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🛠 In-House Electronics Work

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic boards and devices at component and module level

• Identify faulty components and carry out replacement, soldering, and rework

• Assist in assembly, disassembly, and refurbishment of electronic equipment

• Use basic test instruments such as multimeter, soldering station, power supply, etc.

📋 Documentation & Quality

• Record test results, repair status, and work logs

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines

• Support quality checks before final dispatch

🤝 Team Support

• Work closely with senior technicians and engineers

• Learn repair techniques and processes through on-the-job training

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the lab/workstation

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications

Mandatory

• ITI (Electronics) OR Diploma in Electronics / ECE / Electrical

• Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits

• Willingness to learn and work in an in-house technical environment

Experience

• Freshers welcome

• 1–3 years of experience in electronics repair/testing is a plus

🧠 Required Skills

• Basic understanding of PCB, resistors, capacitors, ICs

• Soldering and de-soldering skills (preferred)

• Ability to follow instructions and work with accuracy

• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and logs

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Around ₹18,000 per month (negotiable based on skills & experience)
