Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment such as projectors, LED displays, sound systems, microphones, video conferencing systems, and control panels.
Set up and test AV systems before meetings, events, or presentations to ensure proper operation.
Troubleshoot and repair audio, video, and control system issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Operate AV equipment during live events, conferences, training sessions, and presentations.
Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspections of AV equipment and cabling.
Install and terminate audio, video, network, and control cables according to technical standards.
Configure and support video conferencing platforms and collaboration systems.
Provide technical support and training to users on AV equipment and software.
Maintain inventory of AV equipment, spare parts, and tools, and document maintenance activities.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other technical teams for installation, upgrades, and repairs.
Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations, company standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Keep accurate records of service requests, equipment performance, and completed work.
