Job Summary

Redeye Security Systems is looking for a skilled and dedicated CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems at customer locations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install and configure CCTV cameras, including IP and analog cameras.

• Set up DVRs, NVRs, and surveillance recording systems.

• Perform CAT6 cable wiring, crimping, and basic networking.

• Configure remote viewing on mobile phones and computers.

• Troubleshoot camera, recording, connectivity, and power issues.

• Install and maintain biometric attendance and access control systems.

• Visit customer sites for installation, maintenance, and service calls.

• Ensure proper cable management and professional installation.

• Provide technical support and explain system operation to customers.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of DVR/NVR configuration and IP camera setup.

• Basic networking skills, including IP addressing and router configuration.

• Knowledge of LAN cabling, CAT6 wiring, and connectors.

• Good problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Eligibility

• ITI, diploma, or relevant technical experience preferred.

• 1–4 years of CCTV installation experience preferred.

• Freshers with practical technical knowledge may also apply.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
