We are looking for a technically skilled and experienced professional to join our team for Fiber Optic Networking, ISP Technical Support, and IPTV/OTT Operations.

Job Responsibilities

- OLT, OLTS, Optical Fiber Networks, and Network Switches Configuration & Troubleshooting.

- Fiber Optic Network Installation, Maintenance, and Technical Support.

- IPTV & OTT Configuration, Installation, and Troubleshooting.

- IPTV Portal Configuration and Management.

- Amazon Fire TV Stick Installation, Configuration, and Error Resolution.

- Field Visits for Customer Installation and Technical Support.

- ISP & LCO Network Support and Coordination.

- Customer Handling and Technical Problem Resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of OLT, OLTS, Fiber Optic Networks, and Network Switches.

- Hands-on experience in Networking and Fiber Optic Configuration.

- Knowledge of IPTV/OTT Services, Portals, and Streaming Applications.

- Experience with Fire TV Stick and Android TV Troubleshooting.

- Good Communication and Customer Handling Skills.

- Ability to work independently and provide Field Technical Support.
