Role Summary

Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of CCTV and E-Surveillance systems at ATMs, bank branches, financial institutions, and customer locations. The role involves field support, preventive maintenance, customer handling, and ensuring timely resolution of service calls within SLA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, commission, and maintain CCTV and E-Surveillance systems, including IP/Analog cameras, DVR/NVR, monitors, storage, and related equipment.

2. Troubleshoot issues related to camera failure, video loss, poor image quality, recording/playback issues, power supply, cabling, and connectivity.

3. Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, IP addressing, network cables, switches, and PoE devices connected to CCTV systems.

4. Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of cameras, DVR/NVR, storage, connectivity, and surveillance equipment.

5. Perform minor repairs and replace faulty modules/components, including multi-vendor CCTV equipment.

6. Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution in accordance with defined SLA requirements.

7. Follow all security and safety procedures while working at ATMs, bank branches, and financial institutions.

8. Maintain company assets, tools, spares, software, and other materials provided for service activities.

9. Update service calls, troubleshooting details, spare usage, photographs, and closure status accurately through the mobile/service application.

10. Prepare and submit required service reports, preventive maintenance reports, checklists, and technical documentation.

11. Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate technical/support team.

Required Skills & Eligibility

• 2–5 years of experience in CCTV, E-Surveillance, security systems, electronics, or field service.

• Good knowledge of CCTV installation, DVR/NVR, IP/Analog cameras, cabling, and basic networking.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Bike/Two-wheeler and valid Driving Licence are mandatory.

• Android smartphone is mandatory for service reporting.

• Physically fit and willing to travel approximately 80–100 km per day.

• Good customer-handling and communication skills.

• Willing to work at customer locations, ATMs, bank branches, and other field locations.
